Our state-of-the-art sawing facility processes millions of pounds of steel per month. With mill-to-your-dock coordination, we utilize Just-in-Time production to keep you running at peak efficiency.

HIGH-VOLUME MACHINING

PSM has expertise in High-Volume Machining, utilizing gantry-loaded CNC machinery, Swiss-style manufacturing, in cell robotics, and automatic gaging solutions to deliver hundreds of thousands of parts to our customers weekly.

LOW TO MID-VOLUME MACHINING

For our customers that require lower volumes in various industries, PSM has a large Low to Mid-Volume department that utilizes industry-leading CNC lathes and machining centers to get the job done correctly and quickly.

Company Overview

Founded in 1975, Production Saw and Machine is a privately held corporation that serves as a second or third tier supplier to a diverse market.

An ISO9001:2015 Certified, metric driven company producing High volume & Low volume precision machined parts for; Automotive, Industrial, Agricultural and Heavy Truck Industries. In 2016 more than 18 million pieces were produced in a 150,000 Sq. ft. manufacturing facility.
