In our state-of-the-art 50,000-square-foot sawing facility, we currently process over 12 million pounds of steel monthly. All material is unloaded and stored within our facility. We utilize bar codes, Just-in-time production, and mill-to-your-dock coordination.

• Eight Bardons and Oliver rotary cutoff machines with 7.5″ capacity
• Six fully automatic coldsaws
• Two large bandsaws
• Coldsaw – capacity 5/8-inch to 4-inch diameters
• Bandsaws – capacity up to 21-inch diameter
• Two 7.5-ton capacity overhead cranes
• Can handle 30-foot bars
• Ability to set up 100 percent automatic length inspections
• Ferrous and non-ferrous materials
• Precision cutting of rounds, squares, shapes, flats, bars, tubes, extrusions
• Part demagnification
• Assisted lifts for larger parts up to 300 lbs
• Gram weight control for forging blanks
• Camshafts, forging blanks, axel shafts, hitch receivers, aluminum extruded shapes, rings, sun gears, and pinion blanks
• Utilizing fully automatic saws from Wagner, Nishijmax, and Behringer
